Kris was my English teacher in High School, and later my boss at his Italian Cafe. I'll never forget when his wife Kim was pregnant with their first girl, and he had the class vote for our favorite name from the few they picked out. He and his family were amazing to work with, because they were so laid back, up for anything, and because Kim had a brilliant concept, that I helped make it possible.
